The review is free. You only pay if you want us to make the changes, and you can choose to pay on results.
How it works
- Talk. A quick call about what you pay for and what bothers you. Or skip the call and send us your bills.
- Review. You send recent bills or a bank export; we list every regular cost and what each one really costs.
- Plan. A short written plan: what to keep, what to change, what you'll save, and any risks.
- Change. You approve the changes. We help you switch or renegotiate, and talk to providers for you where you've given us authority, with a way back if anything goes wrong.
- Look after. Ask us about a yearly re-check, so your costs stay down.

Guarantee and pay on results
Our guarantee
Our fee will be less than half of what we save you in the first 12 months, or you pay nothing.
Before we start, we agree in writing what you pay now, what's in scope and how the savings are worked out. Full details are in our terms.
Savings are worked out as the expected savings, calculated from your recent bills and agreed with you up front, before we start. Your actual savings can change with your usage. Getting the savings may mean changing providers. We're happy to help with the switch, and only ever with your agreement.
Pay on results
For cost-cutting work you can choose this instead of hourly rates:
- Performance guarantee. A fixed fee, quoted up front for each job. Our fee will be less than half of what we save you in the first 12 months, or you pay nothing.

For the work of making changes: $120 an hour, or pay on results: a fixed fee quoted up front that will be less than half of what we save you in the first 12 months, or nothing to pay.

You sign up and pay any provider directly, at their published prices. We take no margin or commission.
