Email moves
Staff who mostly read mail on their phone don't need a full office suite. We move them to a state-of-the-art cloud provider, with mail from about $1.50 per user per month instead of $10 or more on typical Microsoft 365 plans. We keep Microsoft where it earns its keep.
Domains
We take over and manage your domains for $49 a year per domain, renewal included, with best-practice DNS and email security set up properly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Websites
One page first, done well. Built so Google and AI search tools can find you, understand what you do and recommend you.
Care plans
$59 or $159 a month for ongoing changes, updates and support, so you stop paying a fee for every small job.
IT help
$120 an hour for everything else. Plain answers, no jargon.

You sign up and pay the provider directly, at their published prices. Service Broker takes no margin or commission on any subscription. We're paid only for our setup, care plan and IT time, so our advice stays independent.
How it works
- Talk. A quick call about what you use and what you pay.
- Audit. You send recent bills; we list every subscription and what each one really costs.
- Plan. A short written plan: what to keep, what to change, what you'll save, and any risks.
- Move. You sign up with the providers we recommend (in your name, paid by you). We do the setup and cutover at a quiet time, with a way back if anything goes wrong.
- Look after. Optional care plan so it stays tidy and cheap.

How do you get paid?
Only for our time: setup work, care plans ($59 or $159 a month) and IT help ($120 an hour). You sign up and pay any provider directly at their published prices. We take no margin or commission on subscriptions, so our advice stays independent.
Do I have to switch providers?
No. The audit often finds savings without switching: unused licences, plans that are bigger than you need, or doubled-up services. We only suggest a move when it saves you money and is just as good or better, and you decide. We keep Microsoft 365 where it earns its keep.

Service Broker is run by Colin Dixon from Mallacoota, Victoria. Colin has been in Australian tech for more than 40 years: he started on PDP systems in the late 1970s, founded Veritas Computers in 1986 and ran OZ On Line, an internet provider, in the 1990s. Service Broker has been trading since 2007.
The idea is simple: most small businesses pay too much for tech they barely use, often locked in by whoever set it up. Colin works for you, not the providers.
