Service Broker

Three ways to start

All free, all confidential. Pick whichever is easiest for you.

Send your bills

The last 2 or 3 of each, for phones and internet, Microsoft 365 or email, your website and hosting, software and subscriptions, power and insurance. PDFs, forwarded emails or phone photos are fine.

What to send

  • Phone, mobile and internet bills
  • Microsoft 365 or email invoices
  • Website hosting, domain, plugin and care invoices
  • Software, app and AI tool receipts
  • Power, gas and insurance bills

Email your bills to help@servicebroker.com.au

Send your transactions

Export the last 3 months from your business bank account, PayPal or card as CSV or PDF. That catches every regular payment, including the ones you've forgotten. Black out account numbers if you like.

Most useful for small business: a business bank export catches software and subscription costs that never send a bill.

What to send

  • 3 months of business bank transactions (CSV or PDF)
  • 3 months of PayPal activity, if you use it
  • 3 months of business card statements

How to export your transactions

Just ask for a quote

Tell us roughly what you pay for and we'll quote first, before you send anything.

What to send

  • A short list of what you pay for regularly, roughly how much, and how many staff or phones

We fill in your cost review sheet, Colin checks every line, and you get a written plan with expected savings. You decide what changes. Or download our cost review template and fill it in yourself. Or just send us your bills and we'll fill it in for you.

How to export your transactions

  • Bank account: in your bank's app or internet banking, find Statements or Export, choose CSV, pick the last 3 months.
  • PayPal: on the PayPal website, go to Activity, click the Download icon, choose CSV and "Past 3 months", then create and download the report. Menu names change from time to time; if you can't find it, a monthly statement PDF is fine.
  • Card: a statement PDF is fine.

Black out or delete anything you don't want us to see, such as account numbers or unrelated spending. We only need the payee, date and amount.

How to send it

Email it to help@servicebroker.com.au with the subject "Cost review". Attachments, forwarded bills and phone photos are all fine.

Prefer to fill it in yourself? Download our cost review template. Or just send us your bills and we'll fill it in for you.

What happens next

  1. Received. Sally, our AI assistant, confirms by email that your documents have arrived.
  2. Prepared. Your cost review sheet is prepared from what you sent.
  3. Checked. Colin checks every line.
  4. Your plan. You get a written plan with expected savings.
  5. You decide. You choose what changes, and we can make the changes for you.

Is my information safe?

Yes. We use your bills and transactions only for your review and the changes you approve. We never sell or share them; we only pass details to a provider when you've asked us to act for you under a signed letter of authority. Your documents are handled by Colin, with help from Sally, our AI assistant. Sally runs on an AI service that may process your documents outside Australia. Black out anything you like: we only need the payee, date and amount. We'll never ask for your banking passwords.
