Hi, you probably have in your email contacts an email address @oze.com.au, I recently turned on the catchall on this account to find out that I am getting 100′s of emails daily to various email accounts on this domain that I have owned for many years.

I use col@oze.com.au with colin@ and info@ as an alias, no other accounts exist. I have decided for the time being to put an auto responder in place to let people know that they have the wrong email address. Email are not being read and automatically deleted so do not be concerned about privacy.

Please feel free to subscribe to my blog, I post useful hints and tips here and you can unsubscribe any time if they annoy you. Please feel free to email me if you would like any help with your email.

I recently turned down a $15,000 offer for this domain name but I would consider offers an order of magnitude higher.

Regards Colin Dixon colin@ozol.com.au is my main email address and feel free to call me on 0419 415000 I live in WA so that’s 2 hrs behind Melbourne

This is often the 1st challenge, no one likes typing in 100′s of addressees or cutting and pasting them one at a time, so why don’t you export them.
Gmail and Hotmail collect them and allow you to export them.
You can export from Outlook and most other email programs as well. But what about all the emails you receive and send, there are a lot of email in them.
Here’s a free utility to do that.

Email Address Extractor for Microsoft Outlook

Utility designed and developed to extract valid email addresses from your inbox, sentbox or personal folder of Microsoft outlook and create a text file with all the email addresses.

If you need any help see me, I also offer a service to clean your list, send it to me and I can sent it back to you split into 3 files.
